Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox's parents are Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox are her parents. Lennox won a scholarship award to attend London's Royal Academy of Music for 3 years. The budget of her was augmented by a stipend to students as well as part-time employment. Lennox decided to change her path in life following her dissatisfaction with her inexperience and lack of talent comparison with others Royal Academy students. Lennox began her career as musician within the band Dragons Playground. She quit the band prior to New Faces, the I.T.V. talent show. Her main role was as The singer for The Tourists from 1977 until in 1980. That was also where she got to know Dave Stewart with whom she will form the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox started working with Diva in 1992. This was her first solo album. Commercially and critically the album was a massive success. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth album as a solo artist was released in October of 2014. The C.D. The C.D. is comprised of Lennox's favourite blues, jazz and soul songs from her youth. Also, in May of 2019, Lennox has released Lepidoptera which is a compilation comprising four tracks improvised by piano. The E.P. is the companion album for her installation of art in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art called"Now I'll Let You go... It's the first time she has released an independent album. Annie Lennox, born on December 25, 1954, in Scotland, is a philanthropist as well as a politician. She sings. The Tourists gained some minor recognition for her and Dave Stewart's work during the 1970s. They would go on, during the 80s, to become the popular duo Eurythmics. Lennox began her solo career with her debut album Diva in 1992. This was the source of many hits songs such as"Why" and "Walking in Broken Glass. Medusa an album from her studio, released in 1995, has the versions of a few of her best-loved songs, including The No MoreI Still Love Yous (and A Whiter Shade of Pale). The singer has recorded six solo studio albums, as well as one compilation album to her credit.
